The woman who takes her body seriously
Not interested in wellness aesthetics — interested in what actually works. Probably already has a routine; needs it to be better. Values the practitioner's hand in everything she uses.

Every kit is a curated ritual — practitioner-selected products that work together, presented for a specific person or moment. For gifting, for travel, for transition, for the person who deserves something made with genuine intention.
Not a selection.
A considered ritual.
Every kit is assembled by Swetha — not by a merchandising algorithm. The products inside are chosen because they work together constitutionally: the oil complements the cleanser, the timing of one practice supports the outcome of the next. When you give a Sreshta kit, you are giving a complete practice, not a collection of nice things.
A 90-day pre-wedding skin and hair protocol — not a last-minute kit, but a considered ritual designed to be started three months before the wedding. Swetha formulated this for skin that has been stressed by stress itself: the year leading up to a wedding is often one of the most Pitta-aggravating periods a body goes through.
Not interested in wellness aesthetics — interested in what actually works. Probably already has a routine; needs it to be better. Values the practitioner's hand in everything she uses.
High-function, high-stress. Has probably been given multiple generic grooming kits and found them useless. Wants something that understands performance from both directions — output and recovery.
Doesn't give gifts that look good — gives gifts that mean something. Wants the recipient to actually use what they receive, not display it. Understands that intention in the making translates to intention in the giving.
If none of the fixed kits are quite right — because you know the person's constitution, or because you want to combine products in a specific way — WhatsApp Swetha. She will build the kit, confirm the contents with you, and ship it gift-ready. This is the same process her consultation clients use when curating protocols for family members.
